2018 Bajaj Range unveiled


Bajaj Auto has just showcased its 2018 range of motorcycles at an event in Mumbai. Besides the display, the Pune-based automaker has also launched the 2018 Discover 110 and Discover 125 commuter motorcycles. Out of all the new 2018 models, the Bajaj Avenger was the most anticipated one as there were not much spy shots of this motorcycle and hence, the enthusiasts were eager to know how the new model will look like and what features it will pack in. 
2018 Avenger 220 Cruise and street-unveiled
The 2018 Bajaj Avenger Street 220 comes with some significant changes over the outgoing model. The bike gets some style changes and it now features a new headlamp cowl up front and a refreshed tail lamp at the rear. The 2018 Bajaj Avenger Street 220 and Cruise 220 get a full digital instrument cluster and a new textured seat.


Now, coming to the second most exciting display, the company has showcased the 2018 Bajaj Dominar 400 in three new colour options. The new 2018 model now get golden coloured alloy wheels and matte paint scheme on the body. The motorcycle has been displayed in matte red, matte blue and matte black colour options. Mechanically, the motorcycle remains untouched.


At the event, the company has also put on display its Bajaj Pulsar black Pack edition that it launched a few weeks back. Bajaj Auto launched these new Pulsars on the occasion of celebrating the sale of 1 crore units of Pulsars worldwide. The Bajaj Pulsar Black Pack edition had been launched for three models namely Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180 and Pulsar 220F. Under the update, the new Bajaj Pulsar Black Pack comes with white coloured alloy wheels and a pure black colour with a touch of red on it.



Also present on the stage are the new Bajaj V15 that now gets a pillion backrest. Rest of the design and style elements like the removable rear seat cowl, LED fuel gauge, black alloy wheels and twin pilot lamps remain the same. The 2018 Bajaj V15 will be available at the company's dealerships across India at a price of Rs 64,179 while the updated 2018 Bajaj V12 has been priced at Rs 58,549.



The company has also showcased the new Platina ComforTec that has been launched already in the Indian two-wheeler market. One of the most important changes on the new Bajaj Platina is the integration of LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) that has been positioned just above the headlight. The price of the new Bajaj Platina ComforTec starts at Rs 42,650 (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
